Every Woman Deserves This!

I remember this moment clear as day. It was my 34th birthday. I had my son take my before pictures....I was so incredibly uncomfortable. I remember looking at those pictures, then I wrote down a list & I remember exactly what I told myself:
#1 You are going to stop comparing yourself to others #2 It doesn't matter how slow your transformation happens, you are not allowed to give up #3 You are going to be nicer to yourself & appreciate what your body can do for you #4 You are going to feed your body healthy foods #5 you are no longer going to binge eat just to feel good, it's only hurting you #6 you are going to get stronger mentally by reading personal development, fueling your body with healthy foods and exercising every single day #7 when the excitement from the first week wears off, you are going to continue this process...even when you don't feel like it. #8 You are going to eat clean 80/20 & incorporate Shakeology every single day. #9 when it gets hard, you are going to tell yourself you can do this #10 You are going to find out what it feels like to feel good again #11 you are going to become the mom & wife you have been wanting to be for so long #12 NOTHING & NO ONE IS GOING TO STOP YOU
Happy Birthday Katie!
Yes I talked to myself & as crazy as it seems, it worked. Sometimes I had to repeat this list many times in one day. Sometimes I had too many treats. Some days I didn't give it my all, but I just kept trying my best every single day.
The workouts were very hard. I was out of shape. I remember getting excited that I was able to make it through ten minutes without having to lay on my yoga mat. Every single day I pushed harder & it did not happen over night. If I messed up, I didn't throw in the towel. Not this time. I was determined to find out what it felt like not to give up! I was amazed at how much stronger I was getting.

It has taken me 20 months to get mentally & physically stronger. For the first time in my life I invested money & time into myself. I was worth this investment.
Now it is my job to pay it forward. To help others feel as good as I do in my own skin. I am not skinny, starving or beachbody perfect. I am a healthy mom, that feels good! Ready to start being a better example to those around you? I would love to help you!a
