Clean Eating Lasagna That Is 21 Day Fixed Approved

Clean eating Lasagna that is 21 Day Fix approved. I made this the other night and it was so good! I used Beekman pasta sauce. This is by far my favorite sauce. Target sells their sauce, but it's less expensive on their website at www.beekman1802.com. I highly recommend farm to table products, because they are clean and therefor they are 21 Day Fix approved as well. I have to say my Italian husband and children all approved this recipe.

Ingredients:

1 box of no cook lasagna noodles (will use 3/4 of the box)

1 large diced tomato or 1 can diced tomato no salt added

Fresh basil leaves

2 jars of Beekman Pasta Sauce

4 Garlic cloves diced

1/2 cup of freshly grated cheese

1 bag of mozzerella

2 eggs

1/4 cup of ghee

1 large container of ricotta

1 pound of lean ground turkey

1 tablespoon coconut oil

Preheat the oven to 375 F. Now onto to combining the ingredients. Combine 1/2 the bag of Mozzarella, eggs, parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, ghee, garlic and basil. Pour the coconut oil in a pan and then cook the turkey until brown, no pink. Then cover the bottom of the pan with sauce, layer with four noodles, then meat, then cheese mixture and repeat. Cover the very top with the rest of the mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil. Bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and cook for an additional 15 minutes. Pull out of the oven and let it sit for about 10 minutes prior to cutting and serving.

21 day fix: 1 serving will be 1 yellow, 1/2 purple, 1.5 red, 1 tsp. & 1 blue
