Clean Eating Crockpot Chicken And Zucchini For Dinner Tonight
With the weather getting a bit chillier and fall is right around the corner, a hot crockpot dinner hits the spot. There is nothing better the walking in the door and smelling a great dinner ready to be served and honestly thats way better than ordering pizza or any kind of takeout for that matter.

So you can wake up a bit earlier to prep this meal or prep it the night before. It's a great dish to serve with pasta, veggie noodles, steamed vegetables or a large salad
Do not be afraid to add more vegetables to this dinner. I have to give credit to MommySavers again, they shared this recipe on their site, I tweaked it and it was a hit with my family. Here is the recipe:
3-5 lbs boneless chicken breast (depending on the size of your family is the amount of chicken)
1/4 c flour (organic is best)
1 tsp of sea salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbs freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp paprika
1 lb zucchini, cut into thin slices
1/2 c chicken broth
Drained1 (4oz) mushrooms
Sprinkle chicken with sea salt. Combine flour, pepper, cheese, and paprika; coat chicken with mixture. Place zucchini in bottom of crock. Pour broth over zucchini. Arrange coated chicken over all. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or until tender. Turn control to high. Add mushrooms, cover and cook on high another 10 to 15 minutes. Enjoy!
