Why Do We Think So Little Of Ourselves?

The last thing I want is someone to join my challenge groups or come to me for help, when they don't really want too. Here is the thing, something I never thought of prior to making all these lifestyle changes. How can we not make time for our bodies??? How can we all not really want this??? I am now on the other side and let me tell you, it is so much better over here!!! You need to think about all our bodies do for us. Really our bodies take us to work, go through the ringer day in and day out, most never fueled with what they really need and never truly rested enough on a nightly basis. We expect so much out of our bodies and we are unwilling to fuel it properly or treat it properly because of the time it takes or because it just seems too hard. What is wrong with us?

We have to start changing the way we treat ourselves. We are only given one body...just one. Sometimes for millions of people, it's too late to change their ways. Sometimes are bodies give out, when we are not ready. Sometimes they are to weak to fight the illnesses they get and that is scary. Why is our health not number one? When are you going to be tired of being sick and tired and why does it take getting to the point or losing someone to something we could have controlled to light our bottoms on fire? Our health & working bodies are a gift and we need to treat them as such. I am no different they any of you that may be able to relate to what I am saying, I waited until I hit an all time low to change my life. Guess what that does??? It makes this process ten times harder and honestly I have no idea why I cared so little for my health and well being. My two challenge groups started today, but do not worry I have more starting next month and believe me one year from now you will be thanking yourself that you did! Do not wait until you hit bottom, you are worth the time now and if you have children and you do not wanting them learning your ways....well you need to start setting a different example for them. My children were not babies when I started my journey, but eating clean and working out, has had an impact of my family.
