It's Happening Right Now

 This coach has had way too many treats lately, my one treat for the week turned into one treat every night and then some. Even though I worked out every single day, the nutrition part is just as important.  It's true when they say you can not out work poor eating habits. As disappointed as I am in my lack of will power, I can not change what has already happened. I will tell you this, I am feeling the effects this morning of my poor choices.  I do not like this feeling one bit, but it is motivating me to get myself in check. So this morning I downloaded the 21 day fix app to keep track of my foods and starting week 11 of my Body Beast workouts.  Summer is so hard and I am not using that as an excuse, it's just the plain truth.  There is temptation lurking around every corner and I have not helped myself by purchasing items I know I can not have in this house.  As much as I can could sit here and beat myself up for the lack of discipline, I am not going to do that.  I am going to make better choices and get my butt in gear, I do not want to keep feeling this way.  I made these changes for a reason, I work hard everyday for a reason and giving into temptation each day is not going to happen anymore.  Sometimes these slip ups are a great reminder as to why I have made all these changes in my life.  Cheers to a better week and kicking temptations to the curb!
