Is Shakeology A Scam
When I first heard about Shakeology, I thought this is just something from an MLM they try to sell and get me hooked on by signing up from auto delivery. I thought could Shakeology be everything it claims to be or is it a scam? The first thing that came to mind was Slimfast and I was not going to drink something like that. A liquid diet, I thought...no thank you. After chatting with my Beachbody coach and her persuading me to give it a go, I thought I would do my research. How could this bag of powder be one of the healthiest meals of my day? So as I waited for my bag to arrive I decided to do my own research. I found out what ingredients and minerals were in the bag. I researched where the ingredients were coming from and why were they important to be consuming. I wanted to know are all these things safe to put into my body? I loved the idea that there were no artificial flavors or artificial ingredients. So I got the bag and showed it to my doctor and he said it looked great, his only suggestion was not take a multivitamin anymore while consuming Shakeology. The next thing I wanted to know was why the heck this stuff was so expensive, other drinks that I thought were similar to this were half the price. The more I researched the more I learned about the extensive process that Shakeology goes through to be created. From the way the ingredients are farmed/produced and handled to packaged. It's like taking the best of every ingredient the earth naturally supplies and safely putting it into one bag for you to consume. So when I first tried it my thought were "it taste pretty good". Then after a couple months of clean eating and my taste buds changing it started to taste amazing. I also noticed how it kept me full, completely cut out my sugar cravings when I drank it, I felt refueled when consuming it and I started to actually crave my daily banana peanut butter chocolate shake. I am still educating myself on Shakeology and all the benefits it supplies our bodies. What I have found is that you get what you pay for. I have tried so many other drinks that claim to similar but are lacking quality, safety, have fillers and have yet to find one that is able to supply all the vitamins and minerals that Shakeology does. When people ask me to compare it to other shakes, I can't...there is no comparison.
