Attention All Sweets - Stop Calling My Name!


Attention all sweets, stop calling my name and trying to tempt me. Hosting parties lately has food in this house I normally would not have and for me all it takes is one bite. I have never been that person that can have a nibble or sample and stop. If I am making cookies, I eat the dough and the cookies. If there is ice cream in my freezer, it is calling my name (unless it's vanilla or plain chocolate I won't touch it). All these months and I have been strong with temptations in the house(it is rare that we have them, so that makes it easier). These last few weeks, I have been terrible with my nutrition. I am done...done...done. My skin on my face has broken out terribly, I am feeling sluggish again and I am starting to not feel good again. I am disappointed in myself and maybe this needed to happen, maybe I need to get to this point and help get my butt back into high gear. It's not that I am not preparing my foods for the week or making horrible choices all day. I went from having one treat meal or one treat a week, to 3 or 4 times a week. It's too much for my body and I do not like where I am headed. It is time to get strict again. I will be recommitting myself to the eating plan of the 21 day fix Extreme. I have my workouts down, but we all know you can not out work bad food choices. So getting my plan in place, getting my containers out and making myself get back on track. It is fine to indulge and have treats, you don't ever want to feel deprived. What I am doing is overindulging and I need to refocus on telling myself "I can have that, I am just choosing not too". I know what I need to do and I am just going to do it. If you are having a hard time with your nutrition. The 21 Day Fix and the 21 Day fix Extreme are great nutrition programs that teach you how to eat clean and portion control. Every single person I know that follows these plans with the workouts are having amazing results. On the Extreme you will not have any treat days and it's stricter then the 21 Day fix. I enjoy both programs, after I finish the extreme, I will continue on with the 21 day fix program. My next group starts on June 22nd!
