Yes I Am Human And Yes Is Mess Up!

So last night did not go as planned. I had dinner prepped and planned, but realized at 4:30pm there was a problem. My pork needed to cook for 3.5 to 4 hours. I had let the day get away from me and completely forgot. I grabbed my daughter from track and ran home to tell my family dinner was not going to be at home. It is now past our normal dinner time and we were all very hungry. We get in the car and head towards the restaurant we picked. We pulled in the parking lot and the restaurant was closed....now what??? We were surrounded by chain restaurants and diners. So now the five of us are hangry, my husband hops on the expressway and then we hop off headed to a bbq restaurant. So my intentions were still good at this point, until I sat down to read the menu. Pulled pork, corn bread and sweet potato fries......for the love of god they were calling my name. So I ordered it. I ate everything on that plate and to make matters worse my husband decided to treat us to frozen yogurt, I could have said no-but I didn't. We got home last night and I felt bloated-sick to my stomach. I was so disappointed in myself that I lost so much control and made all the wrong choices last night. I decided to do what I would do if a challenger were to tell me they messed up. I told myself "Your human, get over it and start fresh tomorrow morning". I will be sticking to my plan to a T today and doing a double workout. As much as I would love to tell you all that being a Beachbody coach means I don't mess up with my nutrition, I would be lying. I have days where things don't go as planned and I don't make the best choices. In the past this happened every other day, now it happens once every couple months. So if you have a bad night or make bad choices, do not beat yourself up over it. Brush yourself off and start fresh.
