If You've Failed Or Have Never Started Your New Years Resolution I Have A Solution!

Millions of people decide they are going to start new habits the first of the year. I have had people contacting me because they either failed at what they started or never started. First of all if you started and failed, pat yourself on your back. Failing, means your trying! Be proud of yourself for wanting to make a change and know that you are amongst the millions that have started and failed as well. I have seen articles that state only 4% of people stick to their New Years resolution of losing weight or getting healthy. Whether you made it two weeks, a month or maybe even three months-at least your doing something about it. The problem is we sometimes get someone to do it with us, we think if we have a partner then they will help hold us accountable and then they stop supporting us. What happens when your not holding that person accountable? Maybe you signed up for the gym, but the amount of time it takes to get there, workout and then drive home to shower, is making you get up so early your lacking in sleep. Sleep is just as important as your workouts along with how you are nourishing your body. Maybe your partner quit and your excuses are starting to take over your thinking and your not doing what you said you would do. Whatever the scenario or reason may be, if you have tried and failed- IT IS OKAY! Now the other scenario is you never started. Maybe you didn't know where to start. Maybe you are not comfortable working out in front of other people. Maybe you can not figure out how to fit in the time. Whatever the reason may be, be proud of yourself for wanting to figure out how to make this work. Your trying because your thinking about it and you just need to put your thoughts into action.

So this is when I tell you why I know I can help you make those changes. Working out from home takes 30 minutes! There are so many workouts I can offer you, we are bound to find one that meets your needs. You have me as a coach 1:1. You can call me, text me, email me or I can meet up with you and I will make time for you. You have group support! I run private groups thru Facebook and everyone cheers each other on. We share our struggles and strides. I help you learn how to eat healthier. I help you adapt to a lifestyle you can live the rest of your life doing and not feel deprived and still enjoy your favorite foods! I do highly recommend Shakeology. We also work on how to be better to yourself and truly become a happier person. Something we often forget to do to ourselves, is be good to ourselves. We work on this a lot.
