Today I decided I wanted offer something that would help people I have not been able to help. This time of year, it feels selfish to spend money on ourselves. This is the start of the giving season. I can say with certainty that the three things I have incorporated in my life have not only helped me tremendously, but have helped my family. I have more energy to play with my children.
