• You purchase the All Access Challenge Pack. Includes a year of streaming virtual personal trainers with hundreds of workouts and a 30-day supply of Shakeology. Cost - $199

 

With the purchase of any of the above options you will also receive recipes, tips, motivation, and meal plans. I will be cheering you on all along the way!

 

You will be provided with all the tools needed in order to create healthier lifestyle:

All participants will download an app to their phone and have access to it after they make a commitment to one of the above options. The link to download the app will be sent to you via email after your confirmation number is received. You will log in to the app every day to check in with the group, rate your nutrition, water intake and workout for the day. It's also a great way to get some moral support.
