Did you know that the average person puts on 7-10lbs between November and December? I know prior to learning how to create a healthier lifestyle, while still being able to enjoy the holidays I would always gain weight during this time of year. Partly because at this point I use to think why not enjoy whatever I want and then worry about on Janaury 1st. It was a vicous cycle every single year for me. Whether it was baking holiday cookies, office treats that were endless or the holiday parties I didn't seem to know when to stop.
